NaijaTaxCalc is a free tool built by Nigerian developers for Nigerian freelancers, remote workers, and employees.

Navigating the Nigerian tax system can be complex, especially with the recent changes in the 2025 Finance Act. Our mission is to simplify this process, providing a transparent, easy-to-use calculator that helps you understand exactly what you owe and what you take home.

Why We Built This

As freelancers ourselves, we struggled to find a reliable tool that could:

• Accurately calculate taxes under the new 2025 laws (including the ₦800k exemption).
• Convert USD earnings to Naira using real market rates (not just the official rate).
• Help us plan our finances better.

So, we decided to build it ourselves and make it free for everyone.
